I come out, have a look at the site, and go through the options with you. No charge for the quote. No obligation to proceed.

I get started

If the quote works for you, I'll lock in a start date and keep you updated throughout the build. No surprises.

Yes. Every quote comes in writing so you know exactly what you're paying for before anything starts. What I quote is what you pay - no additional charges on the final invoice unless we've agreed to a variation mid-job, and even then I'll call you before spending a dollar on it.
